Axel Martinsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tommy Isaksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Jimmie Ek made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alf Rudkvist during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jimmie Ek came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Sundens BK's Conny Mårtensson. But to his dismay, Conny Mårtensson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ola Hansson during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when Firma Barnängen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ola Hansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Firma Barnängen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Alf Rudkvist scored to the left of an out of position Jimmie Ek, making the score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

54 minutes into the match, Sundens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Hansson came free, but Axel Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sundens BK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Bo Bålström hit a great ball. With 71 minutes on the clock, Martin Deckbergh commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Firma Barnängen fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Sundens BK a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Conny Mårtensson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Firma Barnängen's Jimmie Ek. 4-1. After 77 played minutes Firma Barnängen got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Mårtensson. 81 minutes into the match, Conny Mårtensson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimmie Ek. Firma Barnängen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Conny Mårtensson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Jimmie Ek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Tillman in the 84th minute of the match. Jimmie Ek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Rudkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. It was beautiful to see Sundens BK's Conny Mårtensson in action when he in the 97th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! If Karl-Magnus Tillman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
