Spectators: 7696 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cornelio Jokin kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Nilson Sanches managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miau Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Nilson Sanches was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Regis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cornelio Jokin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sidney Queirós having to make a save. In the 8th minute, Aquilino Pagomari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidney Queirós came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Nouvelle Vague's Ramon Damario. But to his dismay, Ramon Damario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cornelio Jokin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sidney Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Jokin in the 23rd minute of the match. After 25 minutes of play, Nouvelle Vague's Ramon Damario made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sidney Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute of the match Tobias Ourente sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sidney Queirós skillfully saved the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Damario came free, but Sidney Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 minutes, Nilson Sanches mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miau Stars and the Nouvelle Vague players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Miau Stars's Nilson Sanches got a free kick in the 34th minute. Niceto Regis came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Miau Stars's Dinei Carioca. But to his dismay, Dinei Carioca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 46th minute Nilson Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Regis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidney Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Jokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dinei Carioca made a kick off. Niceto Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Carioca in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Ramon Damario dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sidney Queirós, 2-3. In the 67th minute, Cornelio Jokin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nouvelle Vague fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. After some careless play in the Miau Stars defense, Tobias Ourente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sidney Queirós. The Miau Stars fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sidney Queirós should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Damario in the 82nd minute of play forced Miau Stars's goalkeeper Sidney Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidney Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Damario in the 88th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dario Celipe during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Miau Stars booed when Nouvelle Vague was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Celipe didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Miau Stars fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nouvelle Vague were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
