FC Aquile Azzurre's Bianco Guidoni got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Catena came free, but Benicio Txeru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferruccio Basile kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ferruccio Costanzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milton Giménez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alessandro Sorge during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Alessandro Sorge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fulgencio Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute.
