Spectators: 7737 (Terracing: 5804, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cornelio Jokin got the match started through his kick off. Ramon Damario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Costanzo having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Lluterio to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Aquile Azzurre getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ferruccio Basile hit a great ball. When Anfilogino Giorgio came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the FC Aquile Azzurre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anfilogino Giorgio couldn't finish the play. Nouvelle Vague's Niceto Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Giorgio in the 24th minute of play. In the 31st minute Anfilogino Giorgio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Regis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bianco Guidoni hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ferruccio Costanzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Jokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Damario in the 36th minute of play forced FC Aquile Azzurre's goalkeeper Ferruccio Costanzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nouvelle Vague's zone, Anfilogino Giorgio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Regis came out of the goal and Anfilogino Giorgio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 51st match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Damario to maneuver through the defense. Ferruccio Costanzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Pagomari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferruccio Costanzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Jokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Ferruccio Basile put in a rough tackle. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Aquile Azzurre! In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Nouvelle Vague. Tobias Ourente stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ferruccio Costanzo. 1-0. Ferruccio Costanzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Damario's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Damario in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferruccio Costanzo saved FC Aquile Azzurre from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Norino during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leandro Norino kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Nouvelle Vague's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
