Spectators: 7724 (Terracing: 5794, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stefan Blom started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Tobbe Klaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Bern took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Independente FC booed when Lokomotivet Kamraterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmie Sundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Independente FC's Nestor Quintal got control of the ball when Fredrik Wallander tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 14 minutes, Zé Carlos de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independente FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Carlos de Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute José Vítor Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Bern saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Lokomotivet Kamraterna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Adelsköld to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vítor Rodrigues in the 23rd minute of play forced Lokomotivet Kamraterna's goalkeeper Kristian Bern to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Quintal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Blom in the 31st minute. A hard shot 33 in the game by Stefan Blom from a close distance when the talented Nestor Quintal managed to make a qualified save. Independente FC's players were relieved. In the 34th minute, Ezequiel Barral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Bern was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 41 minutes of play, Independente FC's José Vítor Rodrigues made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristian Bern was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ezequiel Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Bern having to interfere. After the first half Independente FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ezequiel Barral was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Lokomotivet Kamraterna's goal looked a bit too open when José Vítor Rodrigues came free, but Kristian Bern reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lokomotivet Kamraterna's Tobbe Klaar got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Kristian Bern stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ezequiel Barral's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. If Zé Carlos de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Independente FC's Nestor Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Blom in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Stefan Blom notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Independente FC's Nestor Quintal. Nestor Quintal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Independente FC's Nestor Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Blom in the 70th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Independente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedito Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. Gilberto Gonçalves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Tobbe Klaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Stefan Blom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Nestor Quintal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
