With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camilo Duardo in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elton Tolaba saved CD SHETTANI from getting behind. After having played for 9 minutes, Oldemar Oreamuno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD SHETTANI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oldemar Oreamuno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximiliano Abecia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keilor Volio in the 14th minute of play. Maximiliano Abecia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Keilor Volio's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, CD SHETTANI's Yossi Clavo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Americo Dolcet kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Oldemar Oreamuno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Abecia having to interfere. CD SHETTANI's Elton Tolaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Maraman in the 23rd minute of play. When Isidoro Maraman fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dionisia's protests and gave Isidoro Maraman a yellow card for diving instead. Maximiliano Abecia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yossi Clavo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Elton Tolaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Mark. In the 35thth minute of the game Camilo Duardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CD SHETTANI's Elton Tolaba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Niceto Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes, Bernie Sanabria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD SHETTANI and the Dionisia players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Dionisia booed when CD SHETTANI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernie Sanabria didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severiano Gabrio during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Camilo Duardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Elton Tolaba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camilo Duardo to make the kick off. In the 61st minute Dionisia were awarded a corner. Americo Dolcet went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of CD SHETTANI's goalie and right to Niceto Tipi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CD SHETTANI's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Agustin Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. CD SHETTANI's Elton Tolaba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save CD SHETTANI from getting a goal against them. After 70 minutes, Oldemar Oreamuno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD SHETTANI and the Dionisia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Oldemar Oreamuno kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to CD SHETTANI getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Braulio Barquero hit a great ball. CD SHETTANI's Elton Tolaba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save CD SHETTANI from getting a goal against them. Americo Dolcet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Tipi in the 76th minute of play forced CD SHETTANI's goalkeeper Elton Tolaba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Niceto Tipi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elton Tolaba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elton Tolaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Dolcet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Dionisia's Americo Dolcet dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Maximiliano Abecia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oldemar Oreamuno, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 87 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Maraman. When the final whistle went the supporters of Dionisia were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant CD SHETTANI side.
