Camilo Duardo started the match with the kick off. Dionisia's Baldomero Obano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Shantala in the 5th minute of play. Gavino Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Duardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Antonio Shantala came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Belgrano LOS PIRATAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Shantala couldn't finish the play. Baldomero Obano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Shantala in the 12th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Shantala in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Obano saved Dionisia from getting behind. The Belgrano LOS PIRATAS fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Antonio Shantala looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Dionisia getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Haroldo Mark hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Antonio Shantala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Obano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Obano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The supporters of Dionisia booed when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Isaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Antonio Shantala came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Belgrano LOS PIRATAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Shantala couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Shantala to strike the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Obano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Shantala went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Haroldo Mark took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavino Osorio. Gavino Osorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 76th minute, Haroldo Mark ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gavino Osorio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Haroldo Mark was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Belgrano LOS PIRATAS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
