Spectators: 7675 (Terracing: 5757, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) SSV Ulm 1846's Kassian Rinke started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Zacisze Częstochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Nuszkowski to maneuver through the defense. Jens Müller hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. SSV Ulm 1846's Alexander Strzelczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Skrzypiec in the 9th minute of play. Filip Kon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wawrzyniec Oborski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingolf Riechel in the 17th minute. Kassian Rinke scored 1-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wawrzyniec Oborski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexander Strzelczyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walery Adamowicz went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Zacisze Częstochowa's Walery Adamowicz in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SSV Ulm 1846's goalie prevented a goal. Alexander Strzelczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Skrzypiec, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to SSV Ulm 1846 getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Florian Wirtz hit a great ball. Alexander Strzelczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Wiater in the 47th minute of play. Julian Skrzypiec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Strzelczyk having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Julian Skrzypiec made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Walery Adamowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Strzelczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kassian Rinke hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Julian Skrzypiec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Zacisze Częstochowa getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Julian Skrzypiec hit a great ball. Wawrzyniec Oborski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kassian Rinke in the 69th minute of the match. Wawrzyniec Oborski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantin Brenner, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Wawrzyniec Oborski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Wirtz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Zacisze Częstochowa's Marcin Watarz got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Julian Skrzypiec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zacisze Częstochowa's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Skrzypiec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Strzelczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Zbigniew Penkalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Skrzypiec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Alexander Strzelczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Zacisze Częstochowa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SSV Ulm 1846 throughout the match.
