The referee ignored HİSAR's protests and gave Boğaç Arısal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to HİSAR getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Boğaç Arısal hit a great ball. Refik Halit Şafakgün stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Octav Glăvan's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. HİSAR's Refik Halit Şafakgün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radu Moldovan in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, HİSAR's goalkeeper Refik Halit Şafakgün had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octav Glăvan. After 27 played minutes HİSAR got a freekick which was hit by Menderes Balısoy. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Octav Glăvan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 28th minute of play. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Refik Halit Şafakgün, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nae Morar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doğuhan Miran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mümin Özsel came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the HİSAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mümin Özsel couldn't finish the play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mümin Özsel made a kick off. Afşar Zeki took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nae Morar. Nae Morar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Afşar Zeki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Nae Morar made a huge save. Refik Halit Şafakgün stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Octav Glăvan's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Octav Glăvan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Refik Halit Şafakgün breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octav Glăvan in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Refik Halit Şafakgün prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HİSAR the free kick. After 89 played minutes ASF BAIA MARE -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Mădălin Bănățeanu. After 90 played minutes, HİSAR's Doğuhan Miran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nae Morar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in HİSAR reached it. Mümin Özsel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Nae Morar made a huge save. Refik Halit Şafakgün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Glăvan in the 96th minute of the match. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching HİSAR's performance. The match ended with a win for HİSAR.
