Jose Abalos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vigil Blanquel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Fulgencio Javiero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Jimeno Peter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Xizavier Monterinos managed to get in a good position for a shot. ...Pingue S.C....'s supporters rose to their feet, but Xizavier Monterinos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Nel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the game, Umbruso Santiago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ...Pingue S.C....'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Pomelo Nenene the free kick. In the 27th minute, Baltasar Fortun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Nel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xizavier Monterinos, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ariel Nel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xizavier Monterinos in the 34th minute of play. Valentin Aureo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Vigil Blanquel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Valentin Aureo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Aureo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vigil Blanquel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Villaverde came free, but Ariel Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xizavier Monterinos made a kick off. Vicente Villaverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Nel having to interfere. Valentin Aureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robin Oces blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Nel having to make a save. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Xizavier Monterinos sped through Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ariel Nel. The ...Pingue S.C.... fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when ...Pingue S.C....'s Vicente Villaverde looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 71 played minutes Deportivo Pomelo Nenene got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Lluciano. 74 minutes into the game, Valentin Aureo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ...Pingue S.C.... the free kick. After 79 minutes, Leonardo Lluciano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene and the ...Pingue S.C.... players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vicente Villaverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Nel having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ...Pingue S.C....'s Umbruso Santiago got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 92nd minute, Xizavier Monterinos made a precise shot to the right of Ariel Nel. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 96 minutes of play, ...Pingue S.C....'s Vicente Villaverde made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ariel Nel was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ...Pingue S.C.... had played much better football throughout.
