Valentin Aureo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Morar having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Javiero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nae Morar. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fulgencio Javiero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Octav Glăvan fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s protests and gave Octav Glăvan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, ASF BAIA MARE -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octav Glăvan to maneuver through the defense. In the 18thth minute of the game Basarab Spoială who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Cleto Indalecio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Basarab Spoială had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cleto Indalecio. Nae Morar was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Valentin Aureo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Aureo really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. In the 37th match minute, ASF BAIA MARE -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Floruțiu to maneuver through the defense. Radu Moldovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Aureo to maneuver through the defense.

When Valentin Aureo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Aureo couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Fortun during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Baltasar Fortun hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Emil Floruțiu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cleto Indalecio but with some difficulty. Fulgencio Javiero hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Radu Moldovan got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Cleto Indalecio got control of the ball when Octav Glăvan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonardo Lluciano hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Cleto Indalecio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octav Glăvan. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roque Mambru ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene could leave the field as winners, despite ASF BAIA MARE -MM- having more of the ball for most of the match.
