Léon Mons kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maicon Diniz in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norbert Domenech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pacôme Cugnet kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Norbert Domenech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago de Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Júlio Fonseca in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Domenech saved Herblay from getting behind. The supporters of FALCÕES VERDES booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pacôme Cugnet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júlio Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Norbert Domenech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FALCÕES VERDES. In the 21st minute Léon Mons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltazar Tepedino scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norbert Domenech, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Norbert Domenech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Fonseca in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Redouane Caffier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thierry Cottard to maneuver through the defense. Dalmo Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Mons, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Mustapha Guilbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Dove Roig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Sergipano having to interfere. If Léon Mons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jonathan Samuel hit a great ball. Maicon Diniz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Norbert Domenech when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Norbert Domenech stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júlio Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 84th minute, Maicon Diniz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FALCÕES VERDES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Norbert Domenech was a little too slow when Júlio Fonseca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-3. The Herblay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FALCÕES VERDES's performance. The match ended with a win for FALCÕES VERDES.
