After 4 played minutes Viola Invest got a freekick which was hit by Gelu Covaci. The supporters of FALCÕES VERDES booed when Viola Invest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horaţiu Ciucă didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Baltazar Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 19 minutes, Victor Comșa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viola Invest and the FALCÕES VERDES players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eliodor Ticulescu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Clóvis Marinho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Viola Invest's Florin Enoaia didn't even have to move. Dalmo Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Comșa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes FALCÕES VERDES's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Martin Bilașco who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Viola Invest's Eliodor Ticulescu got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Clóvis Marinho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Viola Invest's Florin Enoaia didn't even have to move. Eliodor Ticulescu's late challenge caught a FALCÕES VERDES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliodor Ticulescu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Eliodor Ticulescu hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, FALCÕES VERDES's Clóvis Marinho tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, FALCÕES VERDES's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Comșa came free, but Dalmo Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Júlio Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When Diego Peixoto fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FALCÕES VERDES's protests and gave Diego Peixoto a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FALCÕES VERDES's Diego Peixoto got a free kick in the 46th minute. After having played for 48 minutes, Victor Comșa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viola Invest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Comșa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Comșa was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Comșa in the 53rd minute of play forced FALCÕES VERDES's goalkeeper Dalmo Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Viola Invest's Martin Bilașco to fire away a dangerous shot which Dalmo Sergipano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Fonseca in the 56th minute of play forced Viola Invest's goalkeeper Florin Enoaia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FALCÕES VERDES booed when Viola Invest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nechifor Bîndean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florin Enoaia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Fonseca in the 59th minute of the match. Dalmo Sergipano came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Viola Invest's Nicolae Jilăveanu. But to his dismay, Nicolae Jilăveanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Viola Invest booed when FALCÕES VERDES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudu Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nechifor Bîndean kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Dalmo Sergipano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Jilăveanu in the 78th minute. In the 82nd minute, Júlio Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Florin Enoaia. Viola Invest's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. FALCÕES VERDES's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
