One of FALCÕES VERDES:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MDQ Raptors FC:s goal. When FALCÕES VERDES's Maicon Diniz in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MDQ Raptors FC's goalie prevented a goal. Eriberto Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Fonseca in the 30th minute of the match. After some careless play in the MDQ Raptors FC defense, Júlio Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Ongile. The MDQ Raptors FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Ongile should have stopped the shot. In the 34th match minute, MDQ Raptors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Pio to maneuver through the defense. After 38 minutes MDQ Raptors FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Clóvis Marinho who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FALCÕES VERDES's Clóvis Marinho to fire away a dangerous shot which Eriberto Ongile despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dudu Bueno in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Ongile saved MDQ Raptors FC from getting behind. Eriberto Ongile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evelio Cordarryl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, FALCÕES VERDES's Maicon Diniz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eriberto Ongile. Eriberto Ongile yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Eriberto Ongile was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Júlio Fonseca showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 58 minute of play. After some careless play in the MDQ Raptors FC defense, Maicon Diniz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Ongile. The MDQ Raptors FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Ongile should have stopped the shot. 1-8 became the score in the 74th minute when Júlio Fonseca elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to FALCÕES VERDES getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Thiago de Queiroz hit a great ball. Eriberto Ongile was a little too slow when Júlio Fonseca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-10. FALCÕES VERDES's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
