Doğukan Aktürk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jean-Charles Gauche went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When Dove Roig came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Herblay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dove Roig couldn't finish the play. Dove Roig might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Doğukan Aktürk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dove Roig ran back to his position shaking his head. Norbert Domenech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Papi Pipa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Papi Pipa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Domenech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Boğazova booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustapha Guilbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucien Decottignies kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Herblay's Norbert Domenech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ardahan Mukremin in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Boğazova getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Baran Alp Abide hit a great ball. Norbert Domenech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ás Pike in the 22nd minute of the match. Raşit Bozlak kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Charles Gauche in the 29th minute of play forced Boğazova's goalkeeper Doğukan Aktürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Papi Pipa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boğazova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ardahan Mukremin struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Norbert Domenech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boğazova.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dove Roig stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Doğukan Aktürk didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Herblay's Dove Roig shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Boğazova's Papi Pipa got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute, Jean-Charles Gauche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dove Roig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Charles Gauche to maneuver through the defense. Norbert Domenech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ardahan Mukremin in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Boğazova's Raşit Bozlak got a free kick in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Boğazova's goal looked a bit too open when Dove Roig came free, but Doğukan Aktürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dove Roig in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doğukan Aktürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute Jean-Charles Gauche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğukan Aktürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gildas Montaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Doğukan Aktürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ás Pike took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Norbert Domenech. Norbert Domenech dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Herblay had won after a very even match.
