But to his dismay, Jacinto Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Annedal FC booed when Jumeuc Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio Secco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Hjalmar Arvidsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Felin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magno Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jerry Felin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magno Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltazar Schmidt to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Hjalmar Arvidsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Annedal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 72 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Hermínio Secco. Annedal FC's Per Nyström was substituted for Bror Gallberg. A collision led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Hermínio Secco hit a great ball. If Rasmus Byström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Sá to maneuver through the defense. Jerry Felin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Velasco in the 85th minute of the match. Fellipe Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Baltazar Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jerry Felin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Jailson Rodrigues got a free kick in the 94th minute. Jumeuc Futebol Clube succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Annedal FC had controlled the match.
