The coaching staff of The Heren Istarion protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aleksander Vester had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Arne Grubb to make the kick off. Bror Gallberg charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bror Gallberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jerry Felin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villiam Juhlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The supporters of The Heren Istarion booed when Annedal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasmus Byström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 minutes of play Annedal FC's Markus Svanér was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The Heren Istarion's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Hans Dalman scored to the left of an out of position Konrad Stephansson, making the score, 2-2. The Annedal FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented The Heren Istarion from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
