In the 5th minute Periklis Zorbadelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maarten Soetemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Twierdza Osowiec's Maarten Soetemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Periklis Zorbadelos in the 11th minute of play. Maarten Soetemans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lazaros Teliadis went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Twierdza Osowiec getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jorg Saelens hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Twierdza Osowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Avraam Liakos came free, but Maarten Soetemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Green Horses's Odysseas Mentis got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Lou Winnepenninck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errikos Gerokostas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Stein Van Leemputte made a precise shot to the right of Errikos Gerokostas. Green Horses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Kim De Poorter hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Maarten Soetemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christodoulos Symeonas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christodoulos Symeonas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maarten Soetemans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Twierdza Osowiec's Maarten Soetemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Periklis Zorbadelos in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, Green Horses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themos Louboutis to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim De Poorter in the 42nd minute of play forced Green Horses's goalkeeper Errikos Gerokostas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Lou Winnepenninck took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Errikos Gerokostas to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christodoulos Symeonas to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Lazaros Teliadis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maarten Soetemans. Twierdza Osowiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lazaros Teliadis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Errikos Gerokostas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stein Van Leemputte in the 59th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Lazaros Teliadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maarten Soetemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Christodoulos Symeonas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maarten Soetemans, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stein Van Leemputte in the 72nd minute of play forced Green Horses's goalkeeper Errikos Gerokostas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Green Horses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Periklis Zorbadelos to maneuver through the defense. Rene Callewaert scored 3-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Errikos Gerokostas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute Christodoulos Symeonas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maarten Soetemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Twierdza Osowiec's Joel Gevaert got a free kick in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, Antonis Petridis sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Maarten Soetemans threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Antonis Petridis this time. Lazaros Teliadis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maarten Soetemans came out and tried to block the shot, but Lazaros Teliadis slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 94th minute. The Twierdza Osowiec fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Green Horses were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
