The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dimitris Stathakos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to RO Army V55 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Gerasimos Patsionidis hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Urko FC's Dimitris Stathakos threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Feliberto Mosen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Urko FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Feliberto Mosen hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Fanis Kapernekas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Urko FC's Teodosio Vedillo. Teodosio Vedillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teodosio Vedillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fanis Kapernekas in the 22nd minute of the match. Teodosio Vedillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sokratis Symeonakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 27 minutes, Tadeo Chorache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urko FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Chorache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Urko FC's Tadeo Chorache got a free kick in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the game, RO Army V55's Fanis Kapernekas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodosio Vedillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Dimitris Stathakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Ciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Manos Komaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Feliberto Mosen to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fanis Kapernekas in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodosio Vedillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodosio Vedillo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Manos Komaitis. In the 60th minute Feliberto Mosen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Stathakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute Urko FC were awarded a corner. Federico Tebaldo went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Urko FC booed when RO Army V55 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vassilis Stergioudas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Feliberto Mosen notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of RO Army V55's Dimitris Stathakos. Dimitris Stathakos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of RO Army V55:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Urko FC:s goal. RO Army V55's Fanis Kapernekas got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Sokratis Symeonakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Renos Stefanou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodosio Vedillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 93rd minute Gilberto Ciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Stathakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urko FC's Teodosio Vedillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sokratis Symeonakis in the 98th minute of play.
