Errikos Gerokostas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 13th minute Thomas Pirtsos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to G.E. Juventus FSCMZ getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fernando Toscano hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Christodoulos Symeonas put in a rough tackle. 20 minutes into the game, one of Green Horses:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 38th minute Arthur de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errikos Gerokostas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Errikos Gerokostas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo do Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Luiz Guilherme Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arthur de Toledo to make the kick off. The supporters of G.E. Juventus FSCMZ booed when Green Horses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonis Petridis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Errikos Gerokostas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Christos Velis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute Arthur de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errikos Gerokostas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arthur de Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benedito Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Pirtsos in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur de Toledo in the 73rd minute of play forced Green Horses's goalkeeper Errikos Gerokostas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Thomas Pirtsos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Errikos Gerokostas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Peres went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Green Horses's Errikos Gerokostas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur de Toledo in the 87th minute of play. Kyriakos Kazatzis kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Green Horses's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
