Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihály Saághy in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Almkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of NovaStella FK booed when Nimród Vére was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bálint Fekete didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute of the match Sven-Åke Hellström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but János Saághy skillfully saved the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Nimród Vére's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Hellkvist came free, but János Saághy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobias Kullgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without János Saághy having to make a save. János Saághy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erling Hellkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some careless play in the Nimród Vére defense, Erling Hellkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of János Saághy. The Nimród Vére fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that János Saághy should have stopped the shot. With his leg János Saághy managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when NovaStella FK's Erling Hellkvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 64th minute, Erling Hellkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. János Saághy was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After 68 played minutes Nimród Vére got a freekick which was hit by János Kántor. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Sven-Åke Hellström managed to get in a good position for a shot. NovaStella FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Åke Hellström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. János Saághy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bálint Fekete charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bálint Fekete the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bálint Fekete kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute of the match Sven-Åke Hellström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but János Saághy skillfully saved the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, János Saághy successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 88th match minute, Nimród Vére was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bálint Fekete to maneuver through the defense. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Erling Hellkvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, János Saághy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 91st minute, Bálint Fekete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. János Saághy was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sven-Åke Hellström. Elek Sipos charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elek Sipos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes, NovaStella FK's Sven-Åke Hellström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper János Saághy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in NovaStella FK reached it. When the final whistle sounded NovaStella FK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nimród Vére.
