With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiří Lechner in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg János Saághy saved Nimród Vére from getting behind. After 9 minutes, Elek Sipos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nimród Vére and the ⚽Aston Punat⚽ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elek Sipos hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. János Saághy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jiří Lechner went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Otmar Škorpík during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 19 played minutes ⚽Aston Punat⚽ got a freekick which was hit by Otmar Škorpík. If Bálint Fekete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Mihály Saághy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedřich Holeš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Jiří Lechner made a precise shot to the right of János Saághy. Nimród Vére's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Jiří Lechner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josef Hladil in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck János Saághy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. János Saághy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiří Lechner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Josef Hladil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. János Saághy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mihály Saághy was the one to do the kick off. In the 68thth minute of the game Jiří Lechner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nimród Vére's János Saághy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ⚽Aston Punat⚽'s Jiří Lechner was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 71st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of ⚽Aston Punat⚽ booed when Nimród Vére was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihály Saághy didn't get a good kick on the ball. ⚽Aston Punat⚽ played a much better game than Nimród Vére and deserved their victory. The Nimród Vére players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
