Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Ramone in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaspar Verastegui prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christian Ramone received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaspar Verastegui came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Ramone slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ovidio Weterio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gaspar Verastegui. That made the score 2-1 in the 14 minute of play. A collision led to Maní FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Rodolfo Suero hit a great ball. Higinio Lizbeth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laffitte Rioz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Gaspar Verastegui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Ramone in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Ovidio Weterio took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Gaspar Verastegui to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Sporting Buceo booed when Maní FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Lano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Higinio Lizbeth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urtungo Ramin in the 26th minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, Maní FC's Enzo Gorka made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaspar Verastegui was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute, Urtungo Ramin made a precise shot to the right of Higinio Lizbeth. Maní FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Lucas Cepa took a quick shot and it went in 4-4 without a chance for Higinio Lizbeth to make any attempt to save it. If Urtungo Ramin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After recieving a nice pass, Maní FC's Ovidio Weterio tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sporting Buceo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Maní FC had controlled the match.
