Jaime Nafarroa made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when David Guib sent off a good shot on target. David Guib who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Jaime Nafarroa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 9th minute of the match, Delmiro Ourente tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jaime Nafarroa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, David Guib managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's supporters rose to their feet, but David Guib was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Nafarroa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flavio Fertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Eron, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's David Guib ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jaime Nafarroa. Jaime Nafarroa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Illan in the 22nd minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Flavio Fertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Delmiro Ourente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Ourente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Apocalípticos & Caóticos defense, Eliseo Illan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Fertus. The Apocalípticos & Caóticos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Fertus should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute, Segundo Ireno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Madeo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Flavio Fertus. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eliseo Illan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Fertus was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaudencio Eron during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, David Guib managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's supporters rose to their feet, but David Guib was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Nafarroa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Guib to strike the kick off in the second half. Segundo Ireno hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Alejandro Ciano was substituted for Lisandro Errando. After 61 played minutes Apocalípticos & Caóticos got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Ireno. Alejandro Ciano might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Nafarroa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Ciano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 72nd minute of the match Jeremias Urtsua shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaime Nafarroa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Apocalípticos & Caóticos booed when La Gallardeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Jeraldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Ciano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eliseo Illan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Fertus having to interfere. After 93 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Eron. In the 94th minute, David Guib made a precise shot to the right of Jaime Nafarroa. La Gallardeta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The La Gallardeta players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
