The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alberto Couto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mieszko Skrzypiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Tomás Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Skaradowski came free, but Kaká Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbigniew Skaradowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaká Lopes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Piast Choszczno getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Aleksander Rudy hit a great ball. In the 24th minute of the match Percy Lopes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mieszko Skrzypiec skillfully saved the ball. Mieszko Skrzypiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cafu Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 30th match minute, Jenipapo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cacá Brodel to maneuver through the defense. Beniamin Nakoneczny received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Kaká Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mieszko Skrzypiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Valadares in the 35th minute of the match. Mieszko Skrzypiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Couto in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Jenipapo SC booed when Piast Choszczno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateusz Absolwent didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Beniamin Nakoneczny left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piast Choszczno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cafu Catarinense to make the kick off. Zbigniew Skaradowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 54 minutes into the match, Beniamin Nakoneczny had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kaká Lopes. Jenipapo SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beniamin Nakoneczny was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Mieszko Kochowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaká Lopes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Kaká Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Merski, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Kaká Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beniamin Nakoneczny in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute Zbigniew Skaradowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes Jenipapo SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucjan Tylenda who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Lucjan Tylenda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jenipapo SC's Kaká Lopes did a great save. Mieszko Skrzypiec made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Wanderson Valadares sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the game, Wanderson Valadares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mieszko Skrzypiec. Wanderson Valadares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Alberto Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Piast Choszczno booed when Jenipapo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piast Choszczno's Mieszko Skrzypiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Couto in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Merski came free, but Kaká Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaká Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Skaradowski in the 87th minute of the match. Jenipapo SC's Kaká Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beniamin Nakoneczny in the 89th minute of play. Mieszko Kochowski hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Piast Choszczno were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
