The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Gabriel Otsoa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Fellipe Albuquerque to make any attempt to save it. 11 minutes into the match, David Guib had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fellipe Albuquerque. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Guib was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to Apocalípticos & Caóticos getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Gabriel Otsoa hit a great ball. Flavio Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Carlos Britto in the 15th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Lisandro Errando took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Fellipe Albuquerque to make any attempt to save it. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Gabriel Otsoa scored to the left of an out of position Fellipe Albuquerque, making the score, 4-0. 26 minutes into the match, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Lisandro Errando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fellipe Albuquerque narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Guib scored 5-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fellipe Albuquerque, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Apocalípticos & Caóticos getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Gabriel Otsoa hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Guib got free with Fellipe Albuquerque in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fellipe Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Guib in the 42nd minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Luiz Fernando Bertassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Jeremias Urtsua shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fellipe Albuquerque came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Apocalípticos & Caóticos reached it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Guib was the one to do the kick off. Fellipe Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Alejandro Ciano was substituted for Lisandro Errando. 72 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Otsoa came free, but Fellipe Albuquerque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the S.E. Pindorama Eagles defense, Alejandro Ciano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fellipe Albuquerque. The S.E. Pindorama Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fellipe Albuquerque should have stopped the shot. João Carlos Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Flavio Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fellipe Albuquerque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Ciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
