Flavio Fertus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Pernambucano in the 12th minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Flavio Fertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Flavio Fertus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Apocalípticos & Caóticos from getting a goal against them. In the 20th match minute, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Gerber to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Urtsua took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augusto Camargo. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 21 played minutes Apocalípticos & Caóticos got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Urtsua. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Ivo Pernambucano took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Flavio Fertus to make any attempt to save it. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Christoffer Kempel got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Omar Burutzagi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Cesinha Mazza suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ made a substitution. Jacinto Zanette replaced Cesinha Mazza. Lucas Guter kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Jacinto Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. With 43 minutes on the clock, Omar Burutzagi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Apocalípticos & Caóticos! Christoffer Kempel placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Segundo Ireno kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christoffer Kempel was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Apocalípticos & Caóticos got a freekick which was hit by David Guib. David Guib didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Apocalípticos & Caóticos! Flavio Fertus came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jacinto Zanette. But to his dismay, Jacinto Zanette quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Flavio Fertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Matorin in the 70th minute of play. After 75 minutes of play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jacinto Zanette made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Fertus was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute, Ivo Pernambucano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Fertus was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The supporters of Rio Verde F.C CIMZ booed when Apocalípticos & Caóticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Noe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavio Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Matorin in the 90th minute of the match. When Christoffer Kempel fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's protests and gave Christoffer Kempel a yellow card for diving instead. When Alejandro Ciano fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Apocalípticos & Caóticos's protests and gave Alejandro Ciano a yellow card for diving instead. 94 minutes into the match, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Pernambucano came free, but Flavio Fertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
