The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ursino Canío showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Apocalípticos & Caóticos were furious when Isidro Serapio was red carded, 7 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Apocalípticos & Caóticos getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Isidro Serapio hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the game, Nibiru X's Severiano Soler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Fertus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 18th minute Ruesga Varas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Fertus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Severiano Soler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nibiru X's supporters rose to their feet, but Severiano Soler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Fertus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Nibiru X booed when Apocalípticos & Caóticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Rivero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nibiru X's Ursino Canío played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Ourente in the 24th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Severiano Soler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Flavio Fertus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lucas Guter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Ursino Canío made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Nibiru X's Ruesga Varas got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Cosme Noe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 46 minutes, Ruesga Varas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nibiru X's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruesga Varas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Delmiro Ourente to strike the kick off in the second half. Flavio Fertus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruesga Varas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severiano Soler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Flavio Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Flavio Fertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruesga Varas in the 57th minute of play. Jeremias Urtsua charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeremias Urtsua the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes Apocalípticos & Caóticos got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Urtsua. After a rather tough play, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Jeremias Urtsua got a free kick in the 60th minute. If Severiano Soler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Flavio Fertus got control of the ball when Narciso Aninat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavio Fertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Flechart, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Nibiru X's Héctor David Albertz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Flavio Fertus. Flavio Fertus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. If Delmiro Ourente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. Aldo Flechart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Flavio Fertus made a huge save. When Cosme Noe fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Apocalípticos & Caóticos's protests and gave Cosme Noe a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Nibiru X booed when Apocalípticos & Caóticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Noe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aldo Flechart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Fertus having to interfere. The supporters of Nibiru X booed when Apocalípticos & Caóticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Rivero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severiano Soler struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Flavio Fertus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nibiru X. After 93 minutes of play, Nibiru X's Aldo Flechart made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
