Roy Bennet ran back to his position shaking his head. Nicholas Abello was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bo-Erik Springfält showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Nicholas Abello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo-Erik Springfält, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Deportivo Empate's goalkeeper Nicholas Abello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Lundström. Deportivo Empate's Nicholas Abello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Bennet in the 10th minute of play. Roy Bennet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Protegéerna's Bo-Erik Springfält quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Goyo Abaurre, made in the 27th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, Roy Bennet notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Deportivo Empate's Nicholas Abello. Nicholas Abello was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the game, Goyo Abaurre threw the ball into play from the sideline. Protegéerna's Rikard Lindgren quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Protegéerna's Roy Bennet in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Empate's goalie prevented a goal. Nicholas Abello made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Roy Bennet sent off a good shot on target. Nicholas Abello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Bennet in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Protegéerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Löfkvist to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Deportivo Empate booed when Protegéerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olof Löfkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roy Bennet was the one to do the kick off. Nicholas Abello didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Protegéerna's Roy Bennet shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Bibiano Abenda kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Nicholas Abello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Bennet in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Protegéerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Bennet to maneuver through the defense. Nicholas Abello came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Protegéerna's Bo-Erik Springfält. But to his dismay, Bo-Erik Springfält quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Goyo Abaurre's late challenge caught a Protegéerna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Goyo Abaurre helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Deportivo Empate getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Goyo Abaurre hit a great ball. Protegéerna made a substitution. Sven Skark replaced Roy Bennet. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Empate's Goyo Abaurre got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Sven Skark made a precise shot to the right of Nicholas Abello. Deportivo Empate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Nicholas Abello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Skark's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Olof Löfkvist struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Nicholas Abello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Protegéerna. Nicholas Abello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Skark in the 85th minute of play. Deportivo Empate were furious when Osoro Abellaneda was red carded, 86 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Protegéerna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olof Löfkvist in the 90th minute. Nicholas Abello came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Protegéerna's Sven Skark. But to his dismay, Sven Skark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0.
