Benjamin Trame's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikolaj Hodyl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to FC Unterrudling getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ralph Kellner hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrzej Gongolewicz got free with Tim Driesen in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tim Driesen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Gongolewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Dombroski got free with Tim Driesen in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During this time KKS Magines's players had a chance to rest. When Gilbert Chodzinski fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KKS Magines's protests and gave Gilbert Chodzinski a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes KKS Magines got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Chodzinski. Edward Dombroski took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tim Driesen. Tim Driesen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 77th minute Gilbert Chodzinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Driesen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tim Driesen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Gongolewicz in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Unterrudling's Andreas Matheis got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 89 played minutes FC Unterrudling got a freekick which was hit by Ralph Kellner. After a defensive mix-up in FC Unterrudling's zone, Edward Dombroski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tim Driesen came out of the goal and Edward Dombroski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Unterrudling getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ralph Kellner hit a great ball. Stefan Kaczorowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tim Driesen. FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of FC Unterrudling booed when KKS Magines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Chodzinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despite being the better team, KKS Magines failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
