Hendrik Adriaanse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manolo Letelier went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Adriel Prenafeta fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s protests and gave Adriel Prenafeta a yellow card for diving instead. Adriel Prenafeta hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Jef Savenije scored to the left of an out of position Amado Vicencio, making the score, 2-1. 16 minutes into the match, De Pelgrims's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarías Guerrero came free, but Hendrik Adriaanse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriel Prenafeta in the 18th minute of play. Hendrik Adriaanse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Letelier in the 20th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Amado Vicencio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Fabiën Buskermolen came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the De Pelgrims fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiën Buskermolen couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Manolo Letelier got a free kick in the 31st minute. Hendrik Adriaanse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Letelier, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Manolo Letelier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Adriaanse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hendrik Adriaanse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Topocho Huaquil in the 37th minute of play. If Odín Oliva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frits Beuneker made a kick off. After a rather tough play, ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Jeronimo Espiñeira got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Amado Vicencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frits Beuneker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s goal looked a bit too open when Jef Savenije came free, but Amado Vicencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Vicencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frits Beuneker, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 65th minute, Jeronimo Espiñeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frits Beuneker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Amado Vicencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hendrik Adriaanse made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Adriel Prenafeta sent off a good shot on target. Topocho Huaquil received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hendrik Adriaanse came out and tried to block the shot, but Topocho Huaquil slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute Topocho Huaquil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Adriaanse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse got control of the ball when Topocho Huaquil tried to sneak it across the goal line. De Pelgrims's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Adriel Prenafeta scored to the left of an out of position Hendrik Adriaanse, making the score, 2-3. Amado Vicencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frits Beuneker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Vicencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jef Savenije in the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of De Pelgrims booed when ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Espiñeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The De Pelgrims fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
