Spectators: 7688 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) 8 minutes into the game, Dalton Priest was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. American Airlines's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muget the free kick. A collision led to American Airlines getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Dalton Priest hit a great ball. Mugur Popescu, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Titus Guillory in the 14th minute of play forced Muget's goalkeeper Sebastian Zogreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalton Priest got his second yellow card in the match during the 15th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 15th match minute, American Airlines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalton Priest to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of American Airlines booed when Muget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costel Tăbăcaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, American Airlines's Titus Guillory dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Heriberto Conley fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored American Airlines's protests and gave Heriberto Conley a yellow card for diving instead. Heriberto Conley kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Popescu came free, but Anthony Shields reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Titus Guillory cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Sebastian Zogreanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute, American Airlines's Titus Guillory ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastian Zogreanu. Sebastian Zogreanu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mugur Popescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Zogreanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Titus Guillory went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute, Alistair Heller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th match minute, Muget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurel Urdoi to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Zogreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alistair Heller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Muget's zone, Titus Guillory stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Zogreanu came out of the goal and Titus Guillory tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mark Greenwood hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Mugur Popescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Shields saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Heriberto Conley was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. Heriberto Conley kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, American Airlines's Phil Craft got a free kick in the 80th minute. Muget were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after American Airlines's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mugur Popescu took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Mugur Popescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anthony Shields quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sandu Ciulei charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandu Ciulei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Muget getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Sandu Ciulei hit a great ball. Olimpiu Giurgiu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The supporters of Muget booed when American Airlines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Greenwood didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the American Airlines players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
