Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) Yong Zamora started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Timmy Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, American Airlines's Joseph McGuire got a free kick in the 16th minute. When Ingvar Kleen came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Hawk Tuah FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Kleen couldn't finish the play. American Airlines's Anthony Shields played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Käller in the 22nd minute of play. Carlos Adams kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Svante Käller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Shields saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hawk Tuah FC's Bernt Ödman got a free kick in the 29th minute. Hawk Tuah FC's Ingvar Kleen got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Hawk Tuah FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Leif Västlund hit a great ball. Carlos Adams, 44 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timmy Ström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Svante Käller kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Hawk Tuah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Västlund to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute of the match Carlos Adams sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eddie Bergström skillfully saved the ball. In the 62nd minute Timmy Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Shields saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svante Käller in the 65th minute of play forced American Airlines's goalkeeper Anthony Shields to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hawk Tuah FC's zone, Yong Zamora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eddie Bergström came out of the goal and Yong Zamora tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yong Zamora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Titus Guillory in the 72nd minute of play forced Hawk Tuah FC's goalkeeper Eddie Bergström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. American Airlines's Anthony Shields played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Thedin in the 82nd minute of play. When Marlin Noble fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored American Airlines's protests and gave Marlin Noble a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, American Airlines's Marlin Noble got a free kick in the 84th minute. Ralf Thedin hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Titus Guillory ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eddie Bergström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hawk Tuah FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for American Airlines.
