After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Armando Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brazil Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of Brazil Academy booed when FC Bodil United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sture Hermansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Brazil Academy's César Torres in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bodil United's goalie prevented a goal. Brazil Academy were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after FC Bodil United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. César Torres took the corner. The corner led Brazil Academy's César Torres to fire away a dangerous shot which Conny Gullesson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. César Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Simão in the 25th minute of play forced FC Bodil United's goalkeeper Conny Gullesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gláuber Nascimento lost his temper 27 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Gláuber Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Fredrik Skoglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. João Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conny Gullesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbson Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd match minute, FC Bodil United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Holm to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, César Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, FC Bodil United's João Azevedo threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fredrik Skoglund, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. David Grep kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Ulf Lång hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Róbson Simão was the one to do the kick off. Róbson Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Conny Gullesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brazil Academy's João Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Skoglund in the 58th minute of play. David Grep hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. João Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Lång, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krister Billberg in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Róbson Simão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingvar Hökqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, Sture Hermansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bodil United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brazil Academy the free kick. After 73 played minutes Brazil Academy got a freekick which was hit by Fiori Ferraz. In the 79th minute, Cido Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Azevedo came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bodil United's Ulf Lång. But to his dismay, Ulf Lång quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 85th minute, Thomás Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 91 minutes on the clock, Andreas Holm commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Andreas Holm hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Armando Meira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Conny Gullesson made a huge save.
