The supporters of Racing Miami Futbol Club booed when FC Bodil United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Skoglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Jeffrey Chen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Conny Gullesson skillfully saved the ball. Conny Gullesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casey Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th match minute, Racing Miami Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roderick Watson to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Cedric Glover got control of the ball when Krister Billberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The FC Bodil United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.
