After 2 played minutes The Huns got a freekick which was hit by Ciprian Chitimia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Vulcan in the 4th minute of play forced FC Bodil United's goalkeeper Conny Gullesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conny Gullesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calistrat Vulcan in the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Hökqvist in the 7th minute of play forced The Huns's goalkeeper Pompiliu Şteţ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conny Gullesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calistrat Vulcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Vulcan in the 13th minute of play forced FC Bodil United's goalkeeper Conny Gullesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andreas Holm's late challenge caught a The Huns's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Holm helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, FC Bodil United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Holm to maneuver through the defense. Marcel Moromete, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 23rd minute Iustin Perșa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conny Gullesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krister Billberg took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pompiliu Şteţ. Pompiliu Şteţ dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Conny Gullesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucian Măgură, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, FC Bodil United's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Perșa came free, but Conny Gullesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Bodil United booed when The Huns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calistrat Vulcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pompiliu Şteţ made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingvar Hökqvist in the 36th minute. Pompiliu Şteţ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krister Billberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pompiliu Şteţ made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Ingvar Hökqvist sent off a good shot on target. Conny Gullesson came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by The Huns's Iustin Perșa. But to his dismay, Iustin Perșa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calistrat Vulcan to strike the kick off in the second half. Pompiliu Şteţ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Lång in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Fredrik Skoglund made a precise shot to the right of Pompiliu Şteţ. The Huns's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Pompiliu Şteţ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Hökqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krister Billberg in the 71st minute of play forced The Huns's goalkeeper Pompiliu Şteţ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Traian Bădilescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute Krister Billberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pompiliu Şteţ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Calistrat Vulcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Bodil United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
