Racing Miami Futbol Club's Casey Sousa came free and shot a quick shot against goal 14 minutes in the game, fortunately Cayetano Esdras had problems saving as it came toward the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammed Lloyd in the 16th minute of play forced De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Cayetano Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayetano Esdras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohammed Lloyd in the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, De Boedo Vengo's Gavino Chucho got a free kick in the 19th minute. Cayetano Esdras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeffrey Chen in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Isauro during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Al Scott got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Gomesano in the 42nd minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Cedric Glover to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayetano Esdras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammed Lloyd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in De Boedo Vengo's zone, Mohammed Lloyd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Esdras came out of the goal and Mohammed Lloyd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlando Segio hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.
The wind increased when Amadeo Gomesano made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Santos Metcalf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Miami Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Boedo Vengo the free kick. A collision led to Racing Miami Futbol Club getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Santos Metcalf hit a great ball. Jermaine Velasquez charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jermaine Velasquez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Roderick Watson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Racing Miami Futbol Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Roderick Watson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. If Al Scott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dionisio Corderun during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jeffrey Chen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Esdras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Jeffrey Chen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Miami Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeffrey Chen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 85 played minutes Racing Miami Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Al Scott. Gavino Chucho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Cedric Glover made a huge save. In the 90th minute, Casey Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Esdras was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 96th match minute, De Boedo Vengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Gomesano to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Racing Miami Futbol Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while De Boedo Vengo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
