If Ignacio Serapio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zbyszko Duda was a little too slow when Zeledon Quin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. Segundo Orzaize kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Zbyszek Bronkala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Purple Shadows's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszek Bronkala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Pawel Pieprz fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Purple Shadows's protests and gave Pawel Pieprz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Caballeritos del Baile booed when Purple Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pawel Pieprz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Dobromir Fafinski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Purple Shadows's supporters rose to their feet, but Dobromir Fafinski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Bras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobromir Fafinski in the 44th minute of play forced Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Aristides Bras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arsenio Cristos to strike the kick off in the second half. Miroslaw Czajkowski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 51 minutes into the match. In the 51st minute, one of Purple Shadows:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Purple Shadows. In the 58th minute Arsenio Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Duda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Cristos came free, but Zbyszko Duda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Gaufred took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Duda. Zbyszko Duda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Segundo Orzaize struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Zbyszko Duda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caballeritos del Baile. Zbyszko Duda came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Caballeritos del Baile's Arsenio Cristos. But to his dismay, Arsenio Cristos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 78th minute, Segundo Orzaize hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jedrzej Miodek hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Arsenio Cristos made a precise shot to the right of Zbyszko Duda. Purple Shadows's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.
