Spectators: 7679 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arsenio Cristos got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Caballeritos del Baile's Arsenio Cristos got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The supporters of Caballeritos del Baile booed when Sacro Balompié was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Medero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aristides Bras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Nabar, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 13 played minutes Caballeritos del Baile got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Herauso. Aristides Bras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Eudoxio in the 17th minute of play. Sacro Balompié's Aaron Bernad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Cristos in the 21st minute of play. Zeledon Quin struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Aaron Bernad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caballeritos del Baile. When Arsenio Cristos in the 31st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Aaron Bernad kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Caballeritos del Baile's Aristides Bras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Lauro in the 38th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Zeledon Quin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aaron Bernad. That made the score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Lauro made a kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Caballeritos del Baile's Teodosio Herauso tried to score from far away in the 51st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Aristides Bras made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Cesar Lauro sent off a good shot on target. Aristides Bras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cesar Lauro went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 72nd minute Arsenio Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Bernad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Bernad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Cristos in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Samuel Bikendi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sacro Balompié's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caballeritos del Baile the free kick. A collision led to Sacro Balompié getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Samuel Bikendi hit a great ball. Ceferino Truylos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aaron Bernad. Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 84th match minute, Caballeritos del Baile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Orzaize to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Cesar Lauro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aristides Bras. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 96th minute of the match, Cesar Lauro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aristides Bras was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
