Saverio Weather hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Augusto Cauli's late challenge caught a Black Sky FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Cauli helped the player get up and apologised. Hernan Rios struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Alvaro Zaccardi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Black Sky FC. In the 19th match minute, Black Sky FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Aztore to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Black Sky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Di Muzio came free, but Eliseo Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Black Sky FC defense, Anthony Di Muzio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseo Ellande. The Black Sky FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseo Ellande should have stopped the shot. Nereo Rufo took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Zaccardi. Alvaro Zaccardi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Eutor in the 43rd minute of play forced AC Civetta Notturna's goalkeeper Alvaro Zaccardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Filippo Cipollini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute of the match Saverio Weather shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvaro Zaccardi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

Alvaro Zaccardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Black Sky FC's Pascual Eutor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The supporters of Black Sky FC booed when AC Civetta Notturna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Di Muzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Zaccardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Eutor, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 82 played minutes Black Sky FC got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Rios. After having played for 85 minutes, Anthony Di Muzio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Civetta Notturna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Di Muzio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute, Felice Domina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvaro Zaccardi made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Nereo Rufo sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd match minute, AC Civetta Notturna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Domina to maneuver through the defense. When Aureliano Resto fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Black Sky FC's protests and gave Aureliano Resto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Black Sky FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Aureliano Resto hit a great ball. Felice Domina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Ellande having to interfere.
