After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Jorge Collado got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 3 minutes into the match, Isidoros Tsartsikidis notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of GuateFortín's German Montoya. German Montoya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardo Mora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Louis Theofilopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stratos Savouras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but German Montoya made a huge save. Maurício Pellegrino hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. German Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argyris Apostolakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Maurício Pellegrino got a free kick in the 17th minute. Isidoros Tsartsikidiss short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got German Montoya to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Isidoros Tsartsikidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bazellatin F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoros Tsartsikidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. German Montoya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. German Montoya made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Stratos Savouras sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Manuel Martínez in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Louis Theofilopoulos saved Bazellatin F.C. from getting behind. After 31 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Ricardo Mora made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Louis Theofilopoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stratos Savouras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isidoros Tsartsikidis kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Thymios Kominidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bazellatin F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Juan Manuel Martínez scored to the left of an out of position Louis Theofilopoulos, making the score, 1-3. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when Bazellatin F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thalis Sapakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. GuateFortín's Gilberto Escobar was substituted for Jorge Collado. GuateFortín made a substitution. Ruben Toledano replaced Gabriel Brizuela. GuateFortín's Christian Del Carmen was substituted for Félix Santana. Ricardo Mora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis Theofilopoulos having to interfere. After 66 minutes, Ricardo Mora mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GuateFortín and the Bazellatin F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute, Ricardo Mora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as GuateFortín's Jaime Alvarez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Louis Theofilopoulos. That made the score 1-4 after 72 minutes of play. In the 75th minute of the match Jaime Alvarez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Louis Theofilopoulos skillfully saved the ball. If Juan Manuel Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the game, GuateFortín's Ruben Toledano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Louis Theofilopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. In the 90th minute, Christian Del Carmen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 minutes of play, Bazellatin F.C.'s Stathis Rasoulis made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. German Montoya was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Bazellatin F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching GuateFortín's performance. The match ended with a win for GuateFortín.
