Valdomiro Penha was slow to take the kick. During this time Bitelon FC - SAF's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's goalie and right to Laerte Guedes. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Felix Maurin scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustão Prado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Alfonso Urbasa came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Urbasa couldn't finish the play. Bitelon FC - SAF's Faustão Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Cugat in the 41st minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Bitelon FC - SAF's Enéas Soeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramiro Gizon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Rodrigo Cugat made the kick off in the second half. When Rodrigo Cugat fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Ramiro Gizon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enéas Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Bitelon FC - SAF's corner Enéas Soeiro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ramiro Gizon quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Enéas Soeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro Gizon was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Ramiro Gizon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fiori Souto in the 80th minute of the match. Lucio Iraido's late challenge caught a Bitelon FC - SAF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Iraido helped the player get up and apologised. Lucio Iraido hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. A collision led to ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Benedicto Galtero hit a great ball. 88 minutes into the match, Bitelon FC - SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Galtero came free, but Faustão Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdomiro Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Belarmo in the 95th minute of play forced Bitelon FC - SAF's goalkeeper Faustão Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
