Spectators: 7714 (Terracing: 5787, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olgierd Moryl started the match with the kick off. Tiago Gabriel Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Olgierd Moryl put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Corrêa. When Pogoń Szczecin's Herbert Cwenar in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guararapes's goalie prevented a goal. Luís Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Prokowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Janusz Prokowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Corrêa having to interfere. In the 25thth minute of the game Olgierd Moryl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guararapes's Luís Corrêa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Prokowski in the 30th minute of play forced Guararapes's goalkeeper Luís Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olgierd Moryl in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luís Corrêa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 32 played minutes Guararapes got a freekick which was hit by Raúl de Amorim. After 33 played minutes, Pogoń Szczecin's Janusz Prokowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luís Corrêa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pogoń Szczecin reached it. After 36 played minutes Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Tytus Scigan. Rogério Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, Pogoń Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beniamin Bojanowski to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raúl de Amorim to make the kick off. When Tanek Barciniak came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Pogoń Szczecin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanek Barciniak couldn't finish the play. Luís Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Moryl, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute, Olgierd Moryl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pogoń Szczecin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Olgierd Moryl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Corrêa having to make a save. Lukasz Panikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Janusz Prokowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Barciniak in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 90th minute Tanek Barciniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Maksymilian Puzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olgierd Moryl scored 5-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Pogoń Szczecin were the better team. Pogoń Szczecin's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
