Nico-Jan Roeles charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nico-Jan Roeles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nico-Jan Roeles kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronny Deinse in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor de Sena saved Real Brasília FC - DMZ from getting behind. In the 20th minute Bart Speelman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FFC Merainies 03's Fabrice Bemmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Fernandes in the 22nd minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Washington Fernandes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fabrice Bemmel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Real Brasília FC - DMZ's Kauã de Queiroz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nico-Jan Roeles, made in the 25th minute of the game. 29 minutes into the match, Ronny Deinse notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Real Brasília FC - DMZ's Nestor de Sena. Nestor de Sena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ronny Deinse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bart Speelman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. The tension between the FFC Merainies 03 and the Real Brasília FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes FFC Merainies 03 got a freekick which was hit by René van Hintum. Nestor de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nigel Willemse, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Ronny Deinse came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FFC Merainies 03 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Deinse couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Ulisses Braga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arda Bemmel got a throw-in 59 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bart Speelman. After 61 played minutes FFC Merainies 03 got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Deinse. Nigel Willemse scored 1-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nestor de Sena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76thth minute of the game Washington Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FFC Merainies 03's Fabrice Bemmel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Washington Fernandes in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabrice Bemmel saved FFC Merainies 03 from getting behind. In the 87th minute, Nigel Willemse left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FFC Merainies 03 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 92 minutes into the match, Nigel Willemse notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Real Brasília FC - DMZ's Nestor de Sena. Nestor de Sena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Real Brasília FC - DMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FFC Merainies 03 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
