Walter Drewitz was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. The supporters of FFC Merainies 03 booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elliott Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Hoven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonardo Ånger kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Nigel Willemse took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Drewitz. Walter Drewitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Walter Drewitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bart Speelman, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Bart Speelman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Berg in the 56th minute of play forced FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Fabrice Bemmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bart Speelman kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Nigel Willemse's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walter Drewitz was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Walter Drewitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nigel Willemse's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 70 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Fabrice Bemmel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Brolin. In the 73rd minute, Richard Västerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs BF's Max Berg got a free kick in the 78th minute. When FFC Merainies 03's Nigel Willemse in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gärsnäs BF's goalie prevented a goal.
