After a defensive mix-up in FC Urzicuța's zone, Washington Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mircea Avacariței came out of the goal and Washington Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Washington Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mircea Avacariței tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Nascimento during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Armando Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nestor de Sena was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dan Oanță. When Olimpiu Morozan fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Urzicuța's protests and gave Olimpiu Morozan a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes FC Urzicuța got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Morozan. When Cléber Falcão fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Brasília FC - DMZ's protests and gave Cléber Falcão a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Real Brasília FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Cléber Falcão hit a great ball. Dragoş Pacuraru who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Nestor de Sena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 33 minutes into the game, Dragoş Pacuraru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. In the 42nd minute Washington Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mircea Avacariței saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes FC Urzicuța got a freekick which was hit by Marian Sfetcu.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Washington Fernandes to strike the kick off in the second half. Dragoş Pacuraru hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Dan Oanță kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Sebastian Văcăroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Marian Sfetcu made in the 75th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Leontin Manole immediately put the ball in play.
