The referee ignored Gärsnäs BF's protests and gave Bo Jönsätt a yellow card for diving instead. Bo Jönsätt kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs BF's Karl-Michael Koch got a free kick in the 16th minute. Béla Borbély was a little too slow when Elliott Nilsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 33 minutes, Billy Wassenius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gärsnäs BF and the Valencia CF Mindszent players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Valencia CF Mindszent booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Wassenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Valencia CF Mindszent's Richárd Bodonyi in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gärsnäs BF's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Gärsnäs BF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Karl-Michael Koch hit a great ball. Elliott Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valencia CF Mindszent's Béla Borbély proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Valencia CF Mindszent from getting a goal against them. Billy Brolin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th minute, Gärsnäs BF's Max Berg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richárd Bodonyi to make the kick off. Billy Brolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Béla Borbély tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Valencia CF Mindszent defense, Billy Brolin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Béla Borbély. The Valencia CF Mindszent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Béla Borbély should have stopped the shot. In the 67th match minute, Valencia CF Mindszent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zsolt Zarka to maneuver through the defense. Max Berg scored 4-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Béla Borbély, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd minute Max Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Béla Borbély saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Richárd Bodonyi came free, but Walter Drewitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Valencia CF Mindszent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Béla Borbély should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Max Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Béla Borbély came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Gärsnäs BF's Elliott Nilsson. But to his dismay, Elliott Nilsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs BF's Bo Jönsätt got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Walter Drewitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zsolt Almási in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of Valencia CF Mindszent booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Ånger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gärsnäs BF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
