When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Baptiste Bazin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jose Ferrel. Manuel Antonio Quevedo got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Nereo Ibarguen. Jose Ferrel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baptiste Bazin in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antoine Gambier was the one to do the kick off. Gabriel Messager took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Villar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Snorlax FC were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Roncourt's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niguel Castillo took the corner. Snorlax FC's Niguel Castillo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gabriel Messager in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 83rd minute, Manuel Antonio Quevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Roncourt walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
