Spectators: 7754 (Terracing: 5817, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yann Scott started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yann Scott in the 3rd minute of play forced LEBRON's goalkeeper Aquilino Eron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes into the game, Thibaut Mazieres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Pointe Courte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LEBRON the free kick. In the last second Aquilino Eron throw himself and got hold of the ball when John Holmes in the 11thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Aquilino Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Holmes in the 18th minute of the match. Aquilino Eron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominique Virapin in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Cecilio Louis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LEBRON's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Pointe Courte the free kick. After 20 played minutes LEBRON got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Louis. Yann Scott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Aquilino Eron made a huge save. Aquilino Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thibaut Mazieres in the 24th minute of the match. If Cecilio Louis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Maties kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Dominique Virapin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquilino Eron. LEBRON's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominique Virapin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 36 minutes into the match, La Pointe Courte's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Federigo came free, but Sabri Fouquet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquilino Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thibaut Mazieres in the 39th minute of the match. With a little luck, LEBRON's Aquilino Eron got control of the ball when Tim Quantin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute, La Pointe Courte's Thibaut Mazieres ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aquilino Eron. Aquilino Eron yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliciano Federigo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52nd play minutes Yann Scott shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Aquilino Eron and just under the crossbar into goal. Aquilino Eron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yann Scott in the 56th minute of play. In the 56th minute Yann Scott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Eron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Eron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Greg Santoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, LEBRON's goal looked a bit too open when Yann Scott came free, but Aquilino Eron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquilino Eron came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by La Pointe Courte's John Holmes. But to his dismay, John Holmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Aquilino Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yann Scott in the 83rd minute of the match. Aquilino Eron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathys Guigon, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
