After 5 minutes, Fabrício Arce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Andes FC - FSCMZ and the Plebeyos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Hélder Madureira got a free kick in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Christiano Bertassi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Escobar. Baldomero Chumo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeca Cardoso in the 14th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Los Andes FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Percival Cunha. With an all-out effort, Plebeyos's Christiano Bertassi threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paolo Benino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moises Escobar got free with Christiano Bertassi in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 25 minutes of play, Plebeyos's Constantino Garcia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christiano Bertassi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Christiano Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Garcia in the 29th minute of play. Paolo Benino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiano Bertassi having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goal looked a bit too open when Gilvan Sabóia came free, but Baldomero Chumo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Plebeyos getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Elvio Medardo hit a great ball. After 40 played minutes, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Cauan Paiva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baldomero Chumo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Andes FC - FSCMZ reached it. Moises Escobar kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Baldomero Chumo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeca Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Paolo Benino fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plebeyos's protests and gave Paolo Benino a yellow card for diving instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeca Cardoso to make the kick off. Hélder Madureira hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Cauan Paiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomero Chumo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 69th minute Aldo Hitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christiano Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Constantino Garcia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Plebeyos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Plebeyos made a substitution. Marco Loren replaced Vladimiro Hegoi. Baldomero Chumo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeca Cardoso in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Los Andes FC - FSCMZ booed when Plebeyos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Loren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Plebeyos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
